Sessions: A 2020 Vision

Man its been a crazy year… As we all know we’ve got an absolute crazy person leading this country (if you wanna call it leading; laughable.) We are in the midst of a pandemic with something new happening every month just as bananas as the month before. Man, don’t I wish for the mundane again.

But, not everything has been terrible. I was able to engineer and produce my second full album. Heck I was even nominated for an IMA (Independent Music Award) as a music producer. Found a new co-host for the kitchen (Bianca.) Got a promotion at my day to day job. Started a new interim Podcast series Sanctuary Sessions. Also working on a completely new podcast series as well. Heck, I also started a game streaming channel MAD Distractions that fresh and new and you get a chance to watch me skill up in APEX Legends or waste some time in Final Fantasy XIV. You might even get to see me destroy some people in Soul Calibur VI. All in all 2020 is… yea its terrible! However, as an optimist, I can look at the good coming out of the bad. I can celebrate that good, and be thankful for it. We’ll be giving more updates on what we are doing and what’s coming out much more frequently. So stay safe and stay tuned fam…!

Tony Skratchere In the Kitchen Episode 57

Ok so funny story, this dude Tony Skratchere was not what i expected him to look like.... So, I’m at my place playing Soul Calibur bustin’ some ass! Lol! Come see me on them sticks!! Art gets a text that’s he’s here and goes downstairs and doesn’t lock the door behind him. Meanwhile I’m online on a ranked match, so there is no pause button mind you, and boom in walks Tony lol!!! Im in the middle of a match, yea im winning, and says “What’s Up?” Im like Who are you in my house! Art is no where to be found. So, we ended up figuring it all out, but it was hilarious. 

The show was dope as you guys will hear on the audio. However, the conversation that followed the show can only be defined as refreshing and medicinal. From politics to religion and hip hop to pop culture we touched on everything! It was crazy!! We will definitely have tony back on the show hopefully more regularly! You never know!!!!

G.O.T, L.O.T.R, Marvel, and HipHop - The Kitchen 55

Man, this is the moment we are finally gonna crossover to audio only platforms. We’ll be on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Podbean, and various other through RSS. We haven’t recorded a podcast in 4 weeks. We took a little vacation so we could handle some life stuff. You all know about that. Lol. But, we are primed and ready for more shows and better shows on the Kitchen! The Kitchen isn’t dead!!

We knew before the night even started we had to talk about that Eminem and Logic track Homicide. However, we had no idea we’d end up talking about Game of Thrones and what not. Lol. Art tells me I need to watch this hour long review so I can catch up and have some talking point with the nerd girls. But, I just can’t seem to make it through 3 episodes. You’ll hear about that on the show though.

I’m really glad we are back!! It feels like it its been a decade since we shared some of our thoughts, opinions, and interest. No worries we wont leave our fans again! Thank you guys for the support! Special thanks to the people that keep rolling up on me on the street asking if we are gonna drop another show. Lol. feels really good knowing you guys are paying attention.
